When does the program start and how is it structured?

The program starts on November 22 and comprises different modules that the lecturers will be presenting over the course of the next four days (November 22-25).

What are the costs for the program and the payment options?

The Early Bird price for applications submitted until October 22 is 500 EUR (VAT excluded), while the regular participation fee is 700 EUR (VAT excluded), with all payments completed in full prior to the start of the program. 

What resources are available to participants on this program?

All the IMA participants will receive reading materials relevant for understanding corporate innovation, i.e. course materials, toolkits and frameworks used by the lecturers during the sessions.

What do I get from this program?

This program should help you reflect on your previous experiences with corporate innovation and start to shape the way you want to continue developing your innovation capabilities. Apart from getting to know the people who have already mastered certain frameworks, strategies and methodologies used in this area of expertise, this course will also provide a unique opportunity to test new innovation solutions by creating business models and prototypes and by applying different sets of tools and methods. All the participants who go through the IMA and actively participate in all the lectures will be awarded a digital certificate stating that they were a part of the program and that they successfully completed all the stages.

Can I miss any days of the program and still get the certification?

Digital certificates can be obtained only by those who attend all the online lectures and actively participate in them.

Where will the program be held?

All the lectures will be held online, using the Zoom platform and different tools for visual collaboration.

What’s the typical profile of the participant?

The program is intended for a selected group of innovation managers, champions and agents and is best suited for those who are or are seeking to become intrapreneurs (those launching and leading new ventures, making ideas happen, building products Innovation), innovation managers (responsible for innovation programs, innovation teams, innovation functions or units) and innovation leaders (those responsible for innovation strategy, performance and budget).

Do I need a specific business idea or an ongoing project to be able to participate?

A specific business idea isn’t required, but business-oriented mindset is preferable and participation in an ongoing project which deals with developing and managing innovation would be helpful.

Is this program only for people innovating in big corporations?

Though we certainly encourage corporate employees to apply for the program, the IMA is not limited only to those innovating in established enterprises.
