This program is extremely important because, looking from the global standpoint, we can see how digital technologies, digitization and tech-fuelled innovation are crucial for the overall economic development, development of individual companies and creating new businesses. This type of training is also important because it enables the participants to actually use the knowledge they get and implement it in their everyday work.
Definitely very intensive couple of days with great lecturers and amazing participants. I have had a chance to learn from the experts, but also from my peers who had shared their experiences. My key recommendation is that everyone who is interested in innovation processes and the ways they can be implemented in their organization should definitely go through this program.
I think that this academy is a unique and intensive program that has been created to further improve companies’ innovation abilities. Using this approach, the companies are being given a real insight into how a business should be developed using innovation. The experiences shared among the participants are crucial. All the companies are on the same path, each with its own problems and only by sharing the knowledge and experiences can we all achieve our ultimate business goals.
This is something that everyone in a company should go through, regardless of whether or not their work is tied to innovation, because anything they come up with, they can test by using some of the tools we were also introduced to. To achieve something, we have to be able to change, and this program is a real eye-opener when it comes to comprehending the scope of those changes and seeing how prepared we have to be in order to react and adapt quickly.
The first thing that pops in my mind when I think about the word ‘innovation’ is that most people use it as part of a marketing strategy, without really innovating anything. The greatest difference between this and some other programs is that at ICT Hub you really learn the alphabet of innovation, and how to let go of your pretentiousness and everything you know or think you know, to really start thinking anew about some things you do on a daily basis. I think that is one of the greatest qualities of this program.
I can say that after these couple of days, the Academy has really met all my expectations in terms of practical advice and tools provided to us that we can start using in everyday work when it comes to innovation and innovative projects within our companies. The message of this Academy has left a strong impression on me, and it says that we have to be brave, we have to explore, we have to be open-minded and not be afraid of the mistakes we make while trying to carry out an innovative project.
